Pediatric Palliative Care workshop for professionals & volunteers
In conjunction with North Simcoe Muskoka Palliative Care Network & North Simcoe Muskoka CCAC, Sick Kids Pediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT) is offering this 4-day workshop designed for all professionals & volunteers who work with dying children and their families in hospitals or in the community
(including nurses, physicians, social workers, psychologists, child life specialists, rehab professionals, volunteers etc)
