Parking petition being circulated

Aside from our electronic petition requesting the parent parking rate at Sick Kids to be reduced, our Parent Liaison Susan is also circulating a physical petition at clinic and the drop-ins that, unlike an e-petition, can be introduced on the floor of the Ontario Legislature once we collect enough signatures. We have been in touch with a sympathetic MPP's Legislative Assistant who can help us get this done! By tabling a petition in the House, we are entitled to a response from the Ministry that it has been presented to. If you are at Sick Kids make sure to see Susan to get your signature on this petition as well! And if you would like to start circulating it yourself, you can print it here and mail it to us once you have collected your signatures. We will collect all the petitions and forward them to the MPP's office.
